Terms
What applies to every rental.
Payments
Zuma sends your quote on WhatsApp and arranges payment with you. 5% card processing fee; no fee for cash. The balance is paid when you receive the vehicle.
Included
Insurance included, no security deposit, free additional driver, and foreign licenses accepted.
Confirmed bookings
A confirmed booking is honored.
The owner cannot unilaterally cancel a confirmed booking. If an issue arises, Zuma finds a similar vehicle and presents the alternative to the customer, who decides whether to accept the change.
